GADO Organization Completes Capacity-Building Training for Staff’s in Baidoa to Strengthen Advocacy for Minority Rights
What a day! We have successfully concluded a two-day capacity-building training for GADO Organization staff in Baidoa. The team gained valuable insights into protecting minority rights, enhancing their understanding of inclusive approaches, and preparing for future activities. Most importantly, they learned that regardless of the challenges, they must remain vigilant in preventing conflicts and persist in their efforts without giving up.
Moving forward, we will apply the strategies and knowledge gained during this training to enhance our on-the-ground impact. Our team is now better equipped to identify potential risks, engage more effectively with minority communities, and advocate for their rights with renewed determination. We are also focusing on building partnerships with local leaders, civil society organizations, and government authorities to ensure sustainable and inclusive support for minority rights.
By strengthening our capacity and fostering collaboration, we are making significant strides toward ensuring that all minority groups are protected, respected, and empowered within their communities. This training has not only deepened our understanding of minority rights but also reaffirmed our commitment to building a peaceful and equitable society for all.
