GADO CEO Abdikani Hajji Sayid Ali Delivers Mosquito Nets and Enhances Protection Measures in Kahda District IDP Camp

The CEO of Global Aid and Development Organization (GADO), Hon. Abdikani Hajji Sayid Ali, along with the staff, delivered mosquito nets to 30 families in a camp located in #Kahda District. The recipients included individuals with disabilities and other vulnerable people. During the visit, the CEO urged camp residents to exercise caution during the rainy season, highlighting the increased risks of diseases and violence, particularly against women, in such settings.

GADO is actively working to enhance protection measures within the camp by implementing community awareness programs and strengthening support services. We are collaborating with local leaders, organizations, and healthcare providers to address and prevent violence, while also promoting education on safety measures to reduce the risk of malaria and gender-based violence. In addition, our team is ensuring that survivors have access to essential medical care, psychosocial counseling, and legal support.

Our goal is to create a safer environment where all individuals, especially the most vulnerable, can live without fear, maintain their dignity, and have access to the resources they need for a healthier and more secure life. Through these efforts, GADO remains committed to safeguarding the well-being of the community in Kahda District.
